This 6 week Beginners Yoga Course will give you a solid foundation in simple breathing techniques and the basic postures, breaking down each pose and giving modifications where necessary. You will gain flexibility, develop strength and cultivate a feeling of well being.

The course is designed for absolute beginners or for those who haven’t practiced for a while and are looking to master the fundamentals and most importantly giving you the confidence to attend our regular classes.

Please arrive in comfortable clothes. Mats and props are available for free.
