DESCRIPTION:If you are completely new to yoga\, or it is some time since you last took a class\, we have designed a class just for you. Our Beginners Introductory Class is held on the First Saturday of each month\, 11:00-12:00.\n\nThe Beginners Introductory Class is suitable for people of all ages or ability and will give you an introduction to the basic postures and principles and give you the confidence to attend our mixed level yoga classes.\n\nFee is €5\, and you receive a special offer for the discounted purchase of yoga classes to keep going with your practice that very day.\n\nThere is no need to book in advance. Simply show up in loose comfortable clothing 5-10 minutes before the class starts. You can even bring a friend along for additional moral support.
