InLight’s new 5 week Beginners Yoga Course will give you a solid foundation in simple breathing techniques and the basic Hatha Yoga postures, breaking down each pose and giving modifications where necessary. You will gain flexibility, develop strength and cultivate a feeling of well being.
This course is designed for absolute beginners or for those who haven’t practiced for a while and are looking to master the fundamentals and most importantly giving you the confidence to attend our regular Yoga classes.

Dates: Every Monday from 2.15pm to 3.30pm
5 weeks – 13 May to 10 June
Fee: €45 for 5 week course
Please arrive in comfortable clothes. Mats and props are provided.
