We are thrilled to offer the very first drop-in Breathwork sessions at InLight for all those that have been to sessions with Breath and Sound and simply want to go deeper into this self-empowering healing work – and on a more regular basis – under guidance with only a short sharing afterwards.
For practical reasons, we still ask you to sign up. The name “drop-in sessions” refers rather to the shorter character of these 90 minutes sessions: You come with your individual intention, know already the basic way to perform the connected breathing during one hour, receive guidance as usual from Daniela & Han and are happy with a short group sharing as you come out of your transformative Breathwork session.
Please remember to arrive on time with a rather empty stomach and to bring your own water bottle and a towel.
Transformative Breath® is a dynamic body-mind practice of conscious connected breathing that provides the groundwork for inner transformation and for a deeper connection to your self. Just one session clears deep inner tensions, reduces anxiety and increases life enjoyment. If you are new to this practice, please look out for either the next Intro workshop or Group Series or an individual session with Breath and Sound.
Remember to not have important appointments right after a session. Enjoy, relax and let your body integrate the new vibrational state!
!!Please bring an intention, a water bottle, comfortable, loose clothing and a small towel to support your head. Mats, blankets and couchons are provided. No substantial food 2 hours before the session.
