Combining slow flow to warm and invigorate the body, along with deep Yin stretches, this class focuses on opening up space along the meridian pathways in order to rebalance the 5 Elements within the body.
The Earth element is grounding and nourishing, giving us stability and purpose; Metal, or Air provides the body with its protective boundary and enables right exchange with the outside world; Fire is the emotional core from which arises joy, warmth and a sense of inner calm; Water connects us to the essence of our being, the life-force that provides the backbone for our journey through life; Wood or Space relates to strength and growth, guiding us forward through life’s obstacles.
