Characteristics: The Yin & Yang Yoga class starts with some passive long held poses, where we get into our deep connective tissue and stimulate the meridians running through our body. A grounding and letting go practice. The second half leads through an active flow of asanas, building up heat and energy in the body.
While focusing on the yang energy, the movement, work on activating the muscles which are the more superficial layer, is taking place. The yin poses work on our connective tissues, joints and deep emotional held memories. To gain perfect health we need to work with both energies to establish a perfect balance. Open to all.
