Class Description:

Characteristics: A great way to start your day with energizing sun salutations that lengthen and tone your muscles. Experience moving meditation. Combined with extended Pranayama (powerful yogic breathing techniques) of 20 minutes. At the end of the class fall back into deep guided relaxation.
