The new dates are out for the next 6 week Beginners Yoga Course!
Every Saturday from 11am to 12.15pm, starting on 19 January and running until 23 February 2019.

The course will give you a solid foundation in simple breathing techniques and the basic yoga postures, breaking down each pose and giving modifications where necessary. You will gain flexibility, develop strength and cultivate a feeling of well being.

This course with experienced yoga teacher Helen Briggs is designed for absolute beginners or for those who haven’t practiced for a while and are looking to master the fundamentals and most importantly giving you the confidence to attend our regular classes. Please register at your earliest convenience!
