From Saturday, 9th March, the sessions will start of with a systematic guidance into Yoga Nidra, helping you find a stillness and silence beyond the activities of the mind. And you will also practise simple, yet powerful, ways of going deeper within to the healing meditative state. You will learn meditation techniques that you can use anytime anywhere whenever you need to return to a calm and peaceful state. Enjoy!!
