Ready for a midday reset? This Hatha yoga class will give you a full body workout with a special focus on lengthening and stabilizing your back and opening your hips. We will be moving through intelligent poses that best support your whole system combining meditation and breath work.

The last 15 minutes of class will be spent in a deep relaxation supported by sound healing using Tibetan Singing Bowls, which help to balance your nervous system. You will feel strong, grounded, centered and open, ready to slay any stress that comes your way. Sounds good? Join Izabella for this weekly experience and do good for your whole being.

Registration is required for all classes. Due to current legal restrictions space is extremely limited for in-studio classes BUT we welcome you to join our interactive LIVE streams via Zoom. Stay cozy in your home and practice with InLight’s popular teachers.
