Kundalini Yoga strengthens the nervous system, brings your body, mind, and spirit back into balance, and increases awareness and clarity. It is a collection of tools for strengthening and cleansing your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies. By using a mix of exercise sets (kriyas), pranayama, meditation and mantra, we become more resilient and aware of our body’s responses and sensations.
This practice brings you closer to your true, whole self. These techniques uncover even more of your inherent essence, intelligence, and realness. Known as a householder’s tradition, Kundalini Yoga is for people living in a society that is as full of distractions, time shortage, and overstimulation who want to reconnect with their full potential, experience vitality and take care of their body, mind, and spirit.
We end each class with a nourishing 20 minutes Sound Healing using Tibetan Singing Bowls, which puts you into a deep state of relaxation allowing you to integrate all the work we’ve done in class.
