The class focus is based around Yoga Psychology and the Yogic 7 Chakra system. Exploring chakras each week with Hatha Yoga techniques to tune and balance the vital energy. You are welcome to join in at any stage.

We will use Pranayama, Chanting, Meditation, Asanas, essential oils (if you have them) to tune and enhance the flow of  your vital energy.
