Gentle Flow Yoga with Cony is designed specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. It offers nurturing, kindness, and compassion for the body, regardless of whether a student is injured or healthy, young or old, pregnant or not.

Gentle Flow Yoga with Cony moves slowly and mindfully, allowing every student to move safely into each pose, with sufficient time to make adjustments.
