Characteristics: This class aims at offering deeper studies of various Hatha yoga themes – be it certain yoga poses, joints or muscles, particular practices such as backbends or breath awareness through additional fine-tuned exercises.
Whether you are quite a new yoga practitioner or have been practicing for a long time, we can all benefit from this deeper joint practice.
