This full body workout with a particular focus on your core (abdominals) is an excellent way to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, mobilize your joints and connect breath to movement. We will be working all the major muscle groups in the body, starting with a warm up that introduces the key principles of Pilates, followed by various exercises that are designed to balance your body. You will sweat, and you will feel results instantly.
Beginners to experienced practitioners are welcome! Modifications will be given for all levels of practitioner.
