A full body work out with a particular focus on your abdominals, Pilates is an excellent way to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, mobilize your joints and connect breath to movement. We will be working all the major muscle groups in the body, starting with a warm up that introduces the key principles of Pilates, followed by various exercises that are designed to balance your body. You will sweat.
This class is open to all levels as modifications will be given to support various abilities, and students are always encouraged to listen to their body and take rest when needed.
Registration is required for all classes. Due to current legal restrictions space is extremely limited for in-studio classes BUT we welcome you to join our interactive LIVE streams via Zoom. Stay cozy in your home and practice with InLight’s popular teachers.
