Start the day by releasing tension through a sequence that is centred on improving your circulation, stability and flexibility. It’s a full body practice, with particular attention on our backs, hips, and glutes. We will also practice an energizing pranayama to get your mind focused and tap into your reservoir of creative energy.
You will feel strong, grounded, and energized, ready to slay any stress that comes your way. This practice is primarily Hatha based, accessible to all levels of practitioner beginner to experienced yogi (modifications for all levels!).

Registration is required for all classes. Due to current legal restrictions space is limited for in-studio classes BUT we welcome you to join our interactive LIVE streams via Zoom. Stay cozy in your home and practice with InLight’s popular teachers.
