In this session, we will be exploring Stillness, as a compliment to a Movement Practice. This work may involve the breath, opening of the body, soft movements and somatic qualities.
Rather than forming an expectation toward achieving meditation, we will instead aim to cultivate a sense of Stillness within the body and mind.

The development of any skill best occurs by facilitating the most optimal conditions that support the process.
