Join Becca for this NEW on the schedule Yoga for Surfers class!
Surfing requires strength, balance and a certain amount of flexibility, and yoga is its perfect compliment. This class focuses on supporting the structure of your body and mind to help improve your surf experience, and finishes with deep stretches to release the aches and pains that come from a dedicated surf session.

Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early wearing a mask, and bring your own towel, if possible, own mat. Thank you for your understanding!
