Christine Dias

Recently arrived from the USA, Christine first experimented with yoga in 2002 in the attempt to better manage stress that came with a demanding job and an overall busy mind. Enchanted by the benefits and impact of yoga on the many aspects of her life, namely her role as a mother of two, along with a long-lasting love affair with ballet and, later on, ballet fitness, with the intent of deepening her studies, Christine continued on to become certified as both a yoga teacher and barre instructor.
