Rachel Lingham


Rachel is an experienced teacher who loves nothing more than sharing her love of movement-based yoga, Yin and the present moment awareness that the two practices have in common.

She has spent three winters living, training and teaching in India, completing her initial Vinyasa and Yin teacher training with Siddhi Yoga in India six years ago. Since then she has studied alignment with the incredible Jim Harrington, trained with Qi-Yo Multiversal Yoga in Sri Lanka and continues to study anatomy and physiology.

Her interest as a teacher was initially sparked by the commonalities between yoga, the ‘flow state,’ and her love of the ocean and surfing, and now has extended into the beautiful stillness of Yin. She is currently working towards a qualification to becoming a Trauma-informed yoga teacher and believes strongly in the healing powers of Yin Yoga for emotional and physical release.

She teaches powerful, energising Vinyasa, grounding slow flow, and Yin.
