Finally a new Meditation course offer is out:
Helen will share with you on Sunday, 17th September from 12 – 5pm a compact course titled “Mind Calm Meditation” – Course.
This course offer could also be held during 4 evenings with 1.5hrs each. Contact us if that would work better for you.
Furthermore, the start of the Tuesday lunch meditation has been moved to 11.30am, esp for all those coming to the 10am class and wanting to stay on for this very unique Guided Meditation with Helen Briggs.
The Guided Meditation on the Sunday mornings remains at 8.30am for all early birds – with Vinyasa Flow afterwards at 9.30am. Happy meditating!
