Barre is an exercise routine combining postures inspired by ballet, Yoga, and Pilates to strengthen core and build lean muscle and flexibility for improved posture and overall balance. While you can get started on your mat alone, many barre classes use the ballet barre, small weights and pilates balls as props.

Why not try out something different… ? Barre has been very popular in the States and Canada and more and more throughout Europe. With Christine Dias, our fairly new but already popular team member, InLight is happy to offer you an interesting new class.
