Our experienced meditation teacher will share with you a compact course titled “Mind Calm Meditation” – Course on Saturday, 21st & Sunday, 22nd October from 3 – 6pm.

Also, please make sure that you are aware of the latest timings of the weekly meditation sessions with Helen that are all offered on donation base:
Tuesday lunch meditation: from 11.30am – 12.15pm (after the 10am Hatha Yoga class)
Sunday mornings from 10.45am – 11.30am (right after the Vinyasa Flow class)
