During these so incredibly challenging times the soothing, releasing YIN YOGA offers us tools and mechanisms to cope with the stresses and strains and invites us to go deeply within ourselves and find calm.
Rachel Lingham is an experienced teacher who loves nothing more than sharing her love of movement-based yoga, Yin and the present moment awareness that the two practices have in common. She is currently working towards a qualification to become a Trauma-informed yoga teacher.
We are extremely grateful to have her on board for the following two new classes – both at the studio as well as online, starting from 4th June:
