Some Yoga classes focus more on the physical aspects, others take us more effectively towards the goal of meditation.
With this new FRIDAY afternoon (4 – 5.15pm) class, Ana Canelas includes her Coaching experience and knowledge in Vedanta and Ayurveda when opening new perspectives and possibilities of life in us through a slightly different asanas and pranayama practice. Her NewBeing Yoga reminds us to “live the Light Side of Life from our Heart.”
