No need to book in advance for our studio classes. You are most welcome to just drop in. For our online classes, please sign up via our website.

Our studio is fully equipped with mats and props for your use but if you prefer to practice on your own mat you are of course welcome to bring it.

We have classes for all levels and ages. If you are a beginner we recommend that you start with Gentle Yoga, Yoga Stretch, Hatha or Yin. Ashtanga, Rocket and Vinyasa are not suitable for beginners.

We offer a wide range of classes taught by different teachers. Styles on our weekly schedule include Ashtanga vinyasa, Rocket vinyasa, Vinyasa flow, hatha yoga, yin yoga, gentle yoga, power yoga and more.

Yes, class passes are valid for all regular weekly classes on our schedule. Passes are personal, nonrefundable and valid for six months from the day of purchase.

We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts in order to get settled and comfortable in the space and on your mat.
