yoga classes
We offer daily yoga classes in our beautiful studio located in the historic center of Lagos, Portugal. All our classes are drop in classes, no need to register or pay in advance. We do NOT accept pre bookings or online payments for our studio classes.
This is our Christmas schedule running between 23/12-24 and 5/1-25.
Even in simple asanas, one is experiencing the three levels of the quest: the external quest, which brings firmness of the body; the internal quest, which brings steadiness of intelligence; and the innermost quest, which brings benevolence of spirit.
