Dedicate the weekend 30th November & 1st December for your own health (prevention). You will practice self-massage, QiGong exercises for energy efficiency and meditation along with the 8 movements of Da Wu, a powerful QiGong sequence to be translated as “The Great Dance”. It is based on the Yin and Yang interaction – between strength and softness – in coordination with the breath and the relaxed mind.
