Charismatic teacher and therapist Urbano is still on the green island that he calls his home: Madeira.
From there, in between cultivating his fields, hiking in the seeming endless forests and socializing with the lovely people from Madeira, he is meanwhile offering the following five weekly interactive live streaming classes:
QiGong: Monday 4pm & Friday 10am
Tai Chi for Beginners: Monday 6pm & Wednesday 4pm
Tai Chi for the Advanced Level: Wednesday 5pm

Urbano might return to the InLight studio in Lagos to teach there also actual studio classes later in July, but as always: This information depends on the day-to-day occurrences ahead of us.
