InLight Schedule & Opening Hours as of 16 Nov
UPDATE 22/22/2020: With the latest decree published, we can hold ALL daily classes as usual again. However, please be aware that if you do not live in the Lagos concelho (district) and want to come for classes at InLight in the upcoming two weeks, that we need to remain within our concelhos for the next two prolonged weekends, from 28/11 to 1/12 inclusive as well as from 5/12 to 8/12 inclusive. Also, due to the very limited spaces in class, we can accept cancellations of your class registrations only up to 6 hours prior the start of a class, and will otherwise consider the class as consumed. Thank you for your understanding! _/\_

Dear InLight friends & clients,
Despite the curfew in Lagos from 16th to 23rd November 2020, we are able to carry on with all daily classes, keeping the numbers of participants strictly limited to secure the spatial distance during your practice on the mat while continuously airing and sanitizing the studio according to the current hygiene regulations. Only the Yin Yoga class on Sat, 21st Nov. 6pm had to be moved to Thu, 19th Nov. 4pm.
However, we have to remain closed for treatments and additional workshops, etc on Sat, 21st & Sunday, 22nd November from 1pm onwards. As soon as the next Council of Ministers address is available, we’ll keep you posted about how it translates to the InLight schedule beyond the 23rd November.
Again we request you to please act responsibly and frequent the InLight studio only if you are in good health and sign up timely for the classes that you wish to attend. Thank you!
Also, please consider joining our many daily classes online as interactive live streaming classes where you’ll still receive corrections, if necessary, and can communicate with the teacher plus others who join online. For detailed info s check out inlight.pt/yoga
Warm wishes, Karuna for the entire amazing InLight team
