Private Sound Healing session

Relax, unwind, switch off and absorb the sound scape as it changes around you with Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, energy chimes, Indian American flute, sciamanic drum, voice and silence, feel their healing vibrations as they enter your body.

About an individual Sound Healing session:

In an individual session I work with the bowls both on and off the body. The bowls are placed along the chakras, they are used to balance each chakra point, moving them up and down the body. You will hear the beautiful overtones of Tibetan Singing bowls and feel their vibrations entering your body. This may cause a variety of sensations to occur and all are normal. Book a session for an hour to relax and unwind, restore balance and harmony. You can also let me know if there is a particular issue you’d like to work.
