The programme of Natasha’s 2021 Chakra Series continues in March with a whole month of Manipura Chakra. The yoga practice will focus on the FIRE element and with it, on Personal Power, Self-Esteem, and Confidence. This early morning yoga practice from 8.30 to 9am will help you build and steady your power.
