Deep Tissue Massage

This classic deep tissue massage offers many benefits: increased blood flow, increased metabolic rate, improved flexibility of the tissues and joints through better circulation, transportation of nutrients and oxygen into the cells and efficient removal of waste products. Adhesions within the muscles are broken down, scar tissues are made more flexible and besides the soothing and relaxing effect on the nervous system, areas of tension or tightness may be detected and worked on.

Before every massage we’ll ask you about your special immediate needs and will focus the session accordingly. We use organic oils while applying a wide variety of techniques -such as effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, frictions and vibrations – working on all the layers of the body’s soft tissues – always respecting your individual pain tolerance.
